There's a lot going on this week at the Nursery that we're very excited about!
First, we will be hosting our final seminar in the Spring series this Saturday at 9:30am: "Make Your Pots Pop!" Come and check out the fun and unique ways to translate your creativity through fabulous annual planters. You will learn how to make the most of your containerized gardens by playing with colour, and texture and by intermixing perennials, annuals, herbs and evergreens for substantial effect. As always, no pre-registration is required, refreshments will be served and you'll receive an information package to take home. All of the plants used during the demonstrations (as well as many more!) will be available at the Nursery. Hope you can join us.
The next event is taking place all this week: Roses for the Cure! In honour of the special women in our lives, for every rose purchased this week, Knippel's will donate $5 to the Canadian Cancer Society to help in the fight against breast cancer. A rose represents beauty and strength - come browse through our amazing selection and help us make a difference this Mother's Day.
Our first shipment of herbs has arrived and they are gorgeous! Come check out the individual plants as well as the themed mixed planters for instant culinary inspiration.
