We will continue to provide prompt customer service throughout the winter months, so feel free to contact us with your questions or concerns. Of note with all of the ice and snow some upright evergreens and trees have drooped or opened up. If this is the case use some string to tie the branches together, recreating the appropriate shape of the plant. In the spring you can remove the string. Staking may also be necessary but also more difficult at this time of year as the ground is frozen. If branches have ripped or have sustained significant injury, cut the branch off cleanly.
